Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you how and where to send your package. The returned goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so please ensure you package your return securely to prevent any damage to the items or boxes .Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How to Return - You may wish to choose a delivery service that insures your parcel to the value of the goods being returned. We would recommend sending your return via tracked or signed for delivery options and always keep a proof of postage, as the returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us. 

Delivery charges - Our original delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, (such as special orders or personalized items), Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Sale items - Only full priced items may be refunded, therefore any items purchased in any of our sales are non-refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable) - We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Should you need to exchange an item for the same item due to a fault, please send us an email 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 days . Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
